Games hang up and slow internet 9.10

Hello,
I've noticed that after I play 3 or 4 rounds of solitaire the games starts to run slow and eventually will hang up. Sometimes, rebooting will help this. Lately, the internet in general is running slow and the on-line games my son wants to play are hanging up also. I've read through the posts and see it may be something to do with needing a different flash player, but these posts are for different versions then what I have. I have also checked the updates and I am current.

Just another thought, I am running the minimum for memory (256) could this have something to do with what I am experiencing ?

Ubuntu can run on 256 megabytes of RAM, but the experience will be slow, especially if you need to run many applications at once. If you can't upgrade the amount of memory in your computer, try something more lightweight like Xubuntu.
