laptop beeps at startup

Hello I have an acer aspire 5102wlmi and when I start it up it beeps for a while and then starts think it is because of keyboard but I am not sure it beeps when bios is loading before I enter ubuntu can anyone help me

Is this before grub loads ubuntu?
Or is it before the gdm (login screen to ubuntu) ?
