how do i get a windows-based modem to work in ubuntu / linux if it's a novatel wireless u760?
it works on my dell laptop with windows vista.
i can access the internet only through the modem.
ubuntu can see it, but doesn't know what it is, except that it's a novatel usb modem thingy from bell.
