MultiDistro DVD

I'd like to create a multi distro live dvd with the following distributions:

1. Ubuntu 9.04
2. OpenSuse (11.2)
3. Fedora Core 12
4. Mandriva 2010

I've tried to perform the steps from Ubuntuforums but was not successful :(
Hope this thing will be fixed
