how to access to a USB pendrive using live linux cd

1>If I have a file abc.txt in the pendrive but I want to access it while using the live linux,how should I do it?
2>If I want to save a file from the hard disk to the pendrive whose size is 1GB(on a 4 GB pendrive) how should do it?
(the live linux occupies only 698MB.The USB has been formatted using LiveLinux USB Creator in FAT32 format)
