Data Recovery

          i am Mr Vishwanath Here i am from Mumbai India, i am working here at Mumbai with an Graphics designing Company As Support Engineer For IT, here when i was join this company here ppl use only Microsoft Os and when i join i suggest use Ubuntu Linux so they people like Ubuntu, and happy with ubuntu...... but i also does not have deep knowledge of Ubuntu so i am learning about Ubunt from online forum , last week here one workstation breakdown and designer staff demand me get him manager's pc with windows OS b'coz manager was on 10 days holiday so he think till he back we can use his pc for designing....mean while we can get repair his workstation and i re partition with xp which was i installed os Ubuntu on august 09 so i took back from drive d:/ ............... and i forget get back from Desktop and document folder and i reformat with windows xp and now he back and asking me desktop and my folder/document data open office files, jpg, pdf files are laying on desktop so he scold me and give warning " as any condition i want Data " ..... can u help me for how i can recover data ........ any one can help me ..... my email is <email address hidden>
