Where can I find the driver for the built-in webcam on the Toshiba Satellite A200 14E?
How do I install it?

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Webcam says that most should work (give it a look still nevertheless)

But it does have a link to software called EasyCam (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EasyCam), perhaps that can help?

and last but not least you need a webcam application. I recommend Cheese!
