Did not get the CD from https://shipit.ubuntu.com/

I requested a free ubuntu CD when i signed up with the site and it has been approximately 11 months, i did not recieve my CD. At the top, a note read as: 1 Ubuntu CD requested and was approved.

I guess you might have missed it, or maybe just thrown in thrash
thinking it looked like garbage :D the best thing right now is to make
it yourself
