Need suggestion Version Ubuntu/Xbuntu for below:
333 megahertz Intel Celeron Processor
40 GB Hard Drive
128 MB RAM

Which version is most appropriate?

It requires at a minimum of 128 MB RAM to be installed, but recommends 256.

Ubuntu requires atleast 256MB for an alternate install.

Meaning that Xubuntu still not a good choice rite?

Any other option frends.....beside Puppy Linux.

Try antiX MEPIS, which only requires 128 MB of RAM:

However, I am NOT sure antIX MEPIS will support your Celeron CPU. You will simply need to test it.
