You can use another ubuntu pc to download the debs for the app, you will need to keep going back and forth between to satisfy deps. You can use aptoncd or simply copy the files from /var/cache/apt/archives to a cd or usb stick

Bounaim, that wont work as the rest of the files are needed by the system as well as just the binary, the debs need to be copied.

You can make your life easier by using a wired connction or a different network card, just til you get on your feet.

Can you help with this problem?
