Dependency is not satisfiable

i dont have any type of internet connection i download some packages in another windows install PC. i try to install that packages in my computer but this message appear (Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: python-moovida )
 why is that, how can in install pakages. please tell me any one

the packages which you downloaded need other packages in order to complete the installation
that's where the dependency comes in.
it will be easy for you to install the apps using Synaptic Package Manager.
it automatically checks for dependent packages,
 follow this path on ur ubuntu
System -> Administration -> Synaptic Package Manager

If you want to download packages from another comp visit http://packages.ubuntu.com/ .Foe example if you want to download python-moovida you have to download all packages marked with red ball(they are dependencies) and after that scroll at the bottom of the page and download package you need.Put all downloaded packages in one folder and transfer them to Ubuntu machine.Put that folder (let name it dofol) in your home directory.Applications>accessories>terminal and type

cd dofol

sudo dpkg -i *deb

Other way to get packages if you don´t have internet at home is Keryx.Here is link http://keryxproject.org/

I didn't try windows software run on ubuntu.
My pc don't have internet connection so i ask a question "How can i download ubuntu packeses & it's depedencies". So ubuntu fourm user tell to me use "KERYX PROJECT". So i download that package following link " http://keryxproject.org/ " & i use it's instructions that site says that "this package can get ubuntu packages run "keryx" on windows install pc & also this package run both ubuntu & windows o.s. (But i can 't run it ubuntu pc. It successfully run windows pc. ) Yes it's true i get some packages using keryx ( that package sellected by me on windows pc )and install them on ubuntu without run keryx ( keryx seperate foldre contain that packages) Without runing that package because that "keryx" can't run on ubunt i get that keryx downlod packages, karyx unzip follder .

Please wist above site for get more information about "keryx"
