I downloded ubuntu 9.10 but I can't open it

I downloaded PC (Intel x86) desktop CD, I tried to open with Abode but I couldn't. Now I don't know where is it or what to do.
Please help.

My computer only play CD, can't burn. Can I do it some other way?

Hi, you can also put the 'burn' the ISO on a USB-stick using unetbootin http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/).
But your computer most be able to boot from a USB-stick.

You also can mount the iso in windows (see http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/mount-an-iso-image-in-windows-vista/) and windows will see it like a cd.
You can then install ubuntu using the wubi installer (on the mounted iso in My Computer).
