unable to open ccsm in my ubuntu 9.04

i am unable to open compiz configuration menu in my desktop , but compiz is still running in my pc , how can i troubleshoot this problem please help me .

i did these steps to configure compiz
alt+f2----->ccsm then it gives an error report like this " error starting file '/home/manzeeh/ccsm': no such file or directory" .
how can i troubleshoot this problem please help me .
