PHPMYADMIN NOT WORKING ON UBUNTU 9.04

I have just upgraded to ubuntu 9.04 and I am trying to get my phpmyadmin working . It's just not working, I am sure that I installed Apache 2,php 5, mysql and tested. They all worked well.
