hyperlinks between files requiry yes/no

Asked by pashby

Hi
I am making a spreadsheet with links to other spreadshets.
In the previous version of OO I was able to click the links and the file would automatically open - no security warning..
Now when I click the link I am asked if I really want to do this....

This is just an annoyance but I wonder if there is a way to not have to answer this question.

Thanks

Peter

I think this can be fixed by starting Open Office. Then Tools --> Options --> OpenOffice.org --> Security --> Macro Security --> Trusted Sites --> Add a Trusted File Location.

If you are still having problems, let us know and we'd be glad to help.

If not, please consider closing your ticket.

Thanks

You'll want to add the locations of the files that you are opening with the links.

Can you help with this problem?
