I have ubuntu 9.10 installed beside windows xp pro sp3.It takes at least three minutes to reach the which system to boot stage.Grub Loading is all I see until the boot choice screen finally shows.Does anyone know why and if there is anything I can do to make it faster.I have a pretty fast 3gz intel processor and 4 gb ram.
A regular 7200 speed hard drive.

 Thanks to everyone Scifisam
