Could you please post in english? Its more or less the common language for technology.

Anyways, Vmware workstation is not a free product, however, you can order it here: http://www.vmware.com/products/ws/

Lucky for you, vmware-player has been packaged in the ubuntu archives, so a simple

apt-get install vmware-player

should do the trick.

vmware-server is also available in the ubuntu-commercial repository for ubuntu feisty.
