I deleted my start menu bar at the bottom.

I'm a newby.
I was trying to install and make a shortcut to firefox on my zorin os. I just installed zorin on my computer and am really rusty with linux based programs.
I don't even know what buttons I pushed to make it happen but I hid or deleted my menu bar (In windows os it's called a task bar, I think...It is the one with the boot up, shutdown, short cuts to internet, etc... found at the bottom of the computer screen when you first boot up).
I've been searching in the help files but can not find anything in there...
NEED HELP ASAP!!!

Zorin isn't supported here or in any of the Ubuntu support channels. Zorin has it's own support community which is entirely separate to Ubuntu's
