logiciel mise à jour. Comment réparer

les mises à jour s'affichent lorsque je clique sur la fenêtre de mise à jour mais, j'ai un message qui s'affiche
m'indiquant que le logiciel est cassé. Les mises à jour sont impossibles
Comment réparer ? merci

Please follow steps 1 to 6 in https://help.ubuntu.com/community/PackageManagerTroubleshootingProcedure with the only deviation, that in step 6 you should not create a new question document, but should paste the output into this document that you have already created.
