Adding a Java Based Application

I have installed a Sun-Java6 based application (J Software) that now runs correctly from the Terminal with the single command of ~/j601/jw ;No problem there
I would now like to be able to add this package so that it runs directly from my Application Menu without getting Terminal involved.
How do I do this?

Hi !

right click on the menu, choose edit, create a new entry, and in the exec field, enter the path of "jw"
