can not mount Floppy Dr.

I installed Breezy. I install Gnome and KDE. When I log on to Gnome Every thing
works fine, except I can not mount my Floppy drive. CD-R-RW, USB. Etc. work fine.
If I log on to KDE I can not mount my USB Drives. I can now mount Floppy drive as well as CD-R-RW.Etc.My question is how can I fix this problem.
