Can't listen streaming radio with rythmbox

On Dapper Drake, I try to use Rythmbox 0.9.3.1 as I used RealPlayer on XP before. But I have difficulties. Whatever the streaming adress I enter in new radio option menu, I have this forbidden message when I try to launch the radio :
"Internal GStreamer error:negogiation problem. Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer"
Do you what I have to do to solve the problem ?

The problem could that you are missing some restricted plugins.

You could also try Realplayer for Ubuntu.

I have tried RealPlayer. It works well.

Nevertheless, I've not succeeded to make Rythmbox working. I've checked packages listed on
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats
 These packages have been already loaded on my system. I must do something wrong. But what ?

Anyway, I could use RealPlayer. It's OK. Thancks.
