enable root, and change email for Launchpad

First, how do I change my email address in Launcpad?
My new email address is <email address hidden>

NOTE: any replies to my old email address, <email address hidden>, will not reach me.

Next I would like to know how to enable the root account.

If I am not mistaken, you can enable the root account by typing in a terminal:
sudo passwd root

And to change your e-mail address:
* Login
* Go to your personal page
* In the righthand menu choose 'Edit Details'
* Then choose from the lower righthand menu 'E-mail Addresses'
* Add your new e-mail address and set it to be the standard contact address. Now you can remove the old one.

you can enable root also going to Administration-->User and Groups
,then you searh root user in the list and click on modify then change its password
