Found a bug in 11.04 but how to report it?

Asked by LEGOManiac

The bug isn't in the installation itself, but in the help files.

Specifically, I needed to add a new user after installing 11.04, but I didn't know where the user accounts are stored in Unity, so I hit F1 go get the help screen.

Under: Ubuntu Desktop Guide » Settings » User accounts › Manage user accounts »

It reads:

Click your name in the top bar and select System Settings.

Except, clicking your name (either button) allows you to change your social networking status.

It's actually the power (shutdown) button that contains the "system settings" menu.

So I went to report this on Launchpad and clicked on "report a bug" which got me to the "how to report a bug" page. Since this isn't really a bug in an application, nothing there seemed to apply. I went to a terminal and typed apport-bug and got a message telling me a needed to supply a PID, which, again, doesn't seem to apply here. So how do I report it?
