uninstall ubuntu

i was running win 7 then my friend told me to try ubuntu.
it was ok but i encountered a problem, i cannot make win 7 my default os so i have decided to reinstall it.
b4 this i installed the full installation but later i notice u can have a partial installation.
so..my problem is how to uninstall the full version without sacrifice my win 7 programmes?

System>administration<synaptic> install startup manager and with it you can choose witch OS will be default to boot.You can delete Ubuntu partition with Ubuntu live CD but asfter that you will have to restore Windows 7 bootloader.See
