I can't add the right icons at the status bar on the top of the screen.

Basically I accidently deleted the panel and now I don't have the battery life or any of the other things like the connection thing for internet. I right clicked to add tools but all I could get back was the clock- There was no icon or anything for battery or that other stuff.

Also there is no utilities button when I click "Add to panel".

You need to add Notification Area Scott and this will restore your missing icons.
