Print of help document

I opened the System>>Help and Support document and then under file menu selected "print this document". After that neither it printed anything nor it is again showing the same option in the file menu. The option is now deactivated and it is showing as invisible. Please help me to activate that option.

Copy the text to the Writer and print it.
