hard disk not detecting by installer

hard disk is not detecting in installer of 9.10,10.04beta...etc.Problem is not solved in the new test version too(10.04)

another version(Debian lenney 5.0.3) shows the primary volume is unreadable.Need to initialise the HDD erasing all data.

The problem may be due to a bug in the new installer program..mine is 80gb sata hdd-Western digital is the manufacturer.

Try to disable dmraid (F6 in Live CD menu or "sudo apt-get remove dmraid" after boot from Live CD)
