how do you delete temporary files am thinking like in windows temp searches, logins,temp documents

I don't like to have anything on my computer that I don't need, I don't know what else is their but anything that has to do with temp files.

LIke how do you delete stuff from log in file view.

Places > Recent Documents > Clear.

You can also use System > Administration > Computer Janitor.
