I'm not really sure what you mean. Verisign is for certificates. You'll be hard pressed to find a mail client that doesn't interact with it in one way or another.

The only single client I could think of that might meet that requirement is mutt. Not even alpine would meet that requirement. Personally, I use claws-mail.

1) This issue has nothing to do with a specific package in Ubuntu - stop trying to assign it to one
2) You are altering the question description away from its intending meaning.
