cannot type password in terminal

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

I'm using feisty fawn
I tried to type my password in terminal,
Nothing could be typed
I can type elsewhere
I tried to copy-paste password, doesn't work either

As a security measure you can't see it. It is there. Just type it and press Enter.
