Install another OS, part of the installation will be to partition the disk, simply delete the ubuntu partition.

This is the same for ANY OS, you don't explicitly uninstall Windows just like you don't uninstall Ubuntu (Unless you used wubi in which case the add/remove programs in Windows should be used)
