why do you want to run tasm on ubuntu? tasm was written for DOS and only worked on 80138/48 processors and earlier. it doesn't work on pentium chips.

marcus aurelius: is there any way to run tasm programs..
it was given that by using yasm compiler we can run tasm programs in one of the sites in ubuntu..
please help me out..

Is it a DOS application? did you try dosbox, or Wine? also, What about nasm?
