Is the latest yamllint available in Ubuntu 20.04?

I see this issue so I posted my question.
https://github.com/adrienverge/yamllint/issues/368

It seems an older version (1.20.0) is only available in Ubuntu 20.04.
Ubuntu 20.04 is still LTS so I would like to use the latest version of yamllint in Ubuntu 20.04.

If there is something wrong in the version in Ubuntu 20.04, then please create a bug report with sufficient details about the error. (Please note: just "the version is old" is not necessarily an error.)
