xutils-dev package for schroot environment

Hi ,

I'm looking xutils-dev package for schroot environment based on 16.04.

"apt-get install xutils-dev" fails. Can you please help me get this package as we are dependent on makedepend on our build environment.

It's in the universe repository. Do you have this enabled?

You can always install the deb from that site if you want to as well.
