How can I add arbitrary commands to XFCE panel's starters?

Asked by Hadmut Danisch

Hi,

XFCE's panels have nice starters to start programs with a mouse click. But when trying to add starters to the panel, you can just choose from the list of known applications. I do not see how to add random commands to be executed (e.g. programs not listed, self written programs, commands with command line params. )

How could I add arbitrary starters to the XFCE panel?

regards
