Is there any plan to add a nice background to lower panel of Xubuntu 12.10?

With the (right) decision of disabling composite by default in Xubuntu 12.10, because XRender compositor have more disadvantages like tearing in games and videos, do you have any plans to add a nice background to the lower panel dock of Xubuntu, like the one seen in here http://xubuntu.org/news/xubuntus-default-theme-gets-a-refresh-for-quantal/greybird_refresh/ ?
