Look at the XTide Master Index:
http://www.mobilegeographics.com/tideindex.html

It appears from /tideindex.html that I file I require would be
"harmonics.world".
http://www.flaterco.com/xtide/files.html#harmonicsfiles
does not list this file and a Yahoo search on the keywords:
harmonics.world X-tide
Has failed to find it.

Hi Cameron, let me try to explain a little more fully:

I have installed x-tide on my linux system and put;

harmonics-dwf-20100529-free.tcd
harmonics-initial.tcd
harmonics-dwf-20100529-nonfree.tcd

in /usr/share/xtide

I also extracted the contents of
wvs.tar.bz2
to /usr/share/xtide-wvs

Now, when I run xtide it functions perfectly but no locations in
Australasia are listed (or show-up as red dots on the WVS globe).
I fact, the only locations listed are the US, the Netherlands, the UK
and various Pacific islands and atolls.

In the past, when I ran a windows system, I used "wxtide" and could get
from that tidal predictions for a large number of locations in
Australia. My question is : Is there a harmonics file that I could add
to my group of .tcd files that would give me that functionality?

Thanks

Ah, I understand now. Check out:
http://homepage.mac.com/augusth/Widget/MoreStations.html

Namely, this paragraph:
"Unfortunately, that attitude is spreading around the world. Australia is another country that's restricting or not publishing their latest harmonics, and any program that uses the XTIDE harmonics is slowly drifting off. There's nothing to be done either, we can't get the new harmonics from them and that's that. "

Sorry if this isn't really the answer you wanted to hear :(

Can you help with this problem?
