Dual monitor setup with nvidia vga and ati on-board graphics

mobo: ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS AMD 760G

I want to connect 2 monitors but nvidia-settings does not detect

ati on-board video monitor connection. 2nd VGA(PCIe) is nvidia.

$ lspci | grep VGA
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GT218 [GeForce 210] (rev a2)

I want them to run separately. Could anyone suggest a solution??
