display problems with draftsight since upgrade to V1R3

processor: Intel® Core™2 CPU 6300 @ 1.86GHz × 2
grafics: Quadro FX 570/PCIe/SSE2

Draftsight worked perfectly

since the upgrade to V1R3 I have problems in the Paper Space (layout) with the visualisation of the viewports
is there anything I can do?
