Ubuntu Instalation Problem, No Display on Nvidia Geforce 6150 LE

I apologize if this has been answered already. I've looked and found a few things and they couldn't help. Knowing me I'm missing a few things. Anyways here is the question. How am i supposed to install Ubuntu 10.4 without the ability to see the screen. I have an Nvidia Geforce 6150 LE which I already know of the driver issues. I can get to the screen with the 2 icons on bottom, then it goes blank, but I still hear it loading to the setup screen. Please help. The more detail the better, I'm completely new to Linux. Thank You.
