how can i check xf86-video-intel version ?

hi guys,

after compile xf86-video-intel driver, i trying to find how can i check its version, by example the latest version so far is : 2.99.917 , so for you maybe is easy how to identify it with one terminal command.

Did you make a deb of your efforts then install that, or did you use "sudo make install"?

with sudo make install

If you make a deb, you will see the installed version using dpkg.
