How can I gather more information for developers?

I've opened bug #1005349 and would like to gather more information for developers to identify and isolate the issue. Can anyone recommend a document/steps that I would need to do this? I'd like to provide as much information as possible so that I can understand the problem better.

Try adding the output of:

sudo lshw -C display; lsb_release -a; uname -a; xrandr

The guys will ask you for details for you to fetch. You could also try booting while docked. Or even another distro to test (Something NOT debian based ideally, like Suse or Mandriva etc)
