Compix or ccsm is not working Mobile 945GM/GMS, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics

Dear Linux users,
This is Aman, I am new user I am having a problem with Compiz. Nothing is working in CCSM. i.e Magnifier, wobbly windows or any any other effect. its on and off but nothing is working.

My laptop is Compaq Presario V6000, with 85 GB free.

Actually I was having window vista and for try I install Ubuntu10.04. and I like it and I was not having any space so i remove the window. and all the space I can use through Ubuntu 10.04.

since then CCSM options is not working. Did I or system missed any driver's or something.

Can you give the output of:

sudo lshw -C display

We only need to know your video card. We don't care how much free space you have on the drive as this does not affect the video driver being used.

or try reinstalling compiz. your compiz mighthad been corrupted

My Graphics card is that one and

And according to this website I think I need this driver

do I need to download driver "intelfb". if yes how can I download this

i just reinstall ubuntu everything is working fine. i am just writing for future reference
