 I am using Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.40GHz and 512MB of RAM...
and can you suggest me some websites where i can download graphic card software that supports Ubuntu linux

Graphic card software? Do you mean graphics application that can do image editing of some kind? You can try Gimp, Inkscape, or Scribus.

Your CPU is of no interest if we are getting your video drivers. We need to know the video chip which you have failed to give us.

Can you give the output of:

sudo lshw -C video; lsb_release -a; uname -a
