Installing Drivers and Compiz Crash

Asked by Kenneth Clark

I have an HIS Radeon HD 7750 GDDR5 1GB. How do I install the drivers for it? Also, I don't know if this has to do with me not having the AMD drivers but sometimes Ubuntu will go really slow, scrolling is slow, everything seems to slow down, then Compiz crashes.

Full Specs:

Ubuntu 12.10 and Windows 7 dual boot (NO WUBI)
Thermaltake 500W power supply
HIS Radeon HD 7750 GDDR5 1GB
Kingston 8GB RAM
AMD Athlon II x2 3.0ghz
