Black screen when trying to start after installing ubuntu

Hi all. I have some problems when try to install Ubuntu 12.XX/11.ХХ on this notebook :
Asus f80 cr
SiS SIS 671DX + 968
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470
 Intel Celeron Processor 220 1.5
 2048 Мб DDR2 667 МГц;

And all previous versions 10.04 including its working very good.
When i run ubuntu in live cd mode, ubuntu works only with these parameters: nomodeset acpi=off or nomodeset nolapic / But after installing os from live cd system not boot-shows a black screen https://www.dropbox.com/s/9rl8dm7tn4clde9/20121029_180017.jpg .
I try this kernel parameters:
acpi=off
noapic
nolapic
nomodeset linux vga=791 acpi=off apm=off pnpbios=off noapic xforcevesa modeset=1 modeset radeon.modeset=o nomodeset ...

It seems here that you attempted with all available parameters.

I see in your description this

"SIS 671DX + 968"

What is this ? Do not tell me is your graphics card , because my help ends here :P

I don't know anything about these cards , only thing I know is that are very frustrating with Linux (generally).
