Installing driver for ATI card to enable 3D acceleration

I'm trying to install driver for ATI Radeon x550 to enable 3D acceleration so i can run Unity.
I'm currently using Ubuntu 11.04 (classic view)
A looked at this article https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RadeonDriver but i didn't understand what exactly should i do to install it. Any help? Command?

Open a terminal then type: /usr/bin/jockey-gtk
if there's your graphic card driver, enable it.

I did that already! Nothing in there...

I tryed the driver downloaded from the ATI's website but i get this error
