dual ati video cards and 4 monitors

I need to know how to get the second video card with the other 2 monitors working. The 2 on the top video card are working fine but the other card is as if it isn't installed at all, and I get nothing out of them at all. I'm farely new to Ubuntu 10.10 but i really like it and don't want to go back to windows. I dont know how to check if bother cards are there and if there is a comflicte or not. just did a frest install of Ubuntu 10.10 and everything is working great except for that.
