Comment 82 for bug 351990

After checking carefully, I believe this bug report (and also many of the people who commented on this bug) is a duplicate of bug 371279 (which is already reported upstream).

No more information is required now except one thing: information about the exact version when the bug was introduced. If you know how to do upstream git bisection this could definitely help us get closer to a solution.

Once/if this bug is fixed upstream, I will prepare an update for Ubuntu (first karmic and possibly also jaunty depending on how big/disruptive changes are required to fix the bug).
